Growers, collectors, press operators, enologists, bottling crews, riddlers, disgorging experts, cork placing specialists, labeling and shipping professionals…everybody, absolutely everyone is responsible of the quality of our Cava. Vernet exists thanks to the tenacity, knowledge and professionalism that each and every one of us brings in his/her field of specialization.
As it is the people who make Vernet possible, there is no exact recipe that can be followed in order to make our Cava. Our people bring the talent of science married to art, along with endless experience and the right amount of innovation together to shape the excellence of our Cava.
